Semaphore Retrievers 1505 County Road 441 Dime Box, Texas 77853 From Houston Take Hwy 290 from Houston to Brenham, then Hwy 290 out of Brenham going west toward Austin. Approx 8 miles, on the right, exit Burton spur 125. Follow into Burton, drive past high school to 1697 Turn left on 1697. The first stop you come to on 1697, turn left to stay on 1697 till it dead ends at CR141.Turn right on CR 141 to CR430 (small country church on right, small cemetery on left) Turn Left on CR 430 go 2 miles to top of a hill, then turn right on CR 441. Semaphore is at the very end of road, on the left side of road. Address is 1505 County Road 441, Dime Box, Texas 77853. Big sign on Gate. From Austin Take Either 71 thru Bastrop, or 290 thru Elgin, connect with Hwy 21 heading toward College Station. Take 21 past Hwy 77, watch for the Old Dime Box signs, after which you will come to Hwy 141, a blinker light is there, turn right, go thru Dime Box on 141. After passing thru Dime Box, about 3 miles or so out of town on hwy 141 look for County Road 430. there is Green sign with CR 430 on it, on right side of road just before the road, turn right on CR 430, go 2 miles to top of hill, CR 441 is there, turn right ( only way you can turn) this is dead end road, Semaphore is at the very end of road, on the left side of road.
